However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a product and request a refund. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for returning physical products purchased through our online store, in accordance with the Role of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, India.
Right of Return: YES, WE ACCEPTS RETURNS WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS ASKED. The right to return any durable or semi-durable items for a refund within 15 days of the original purchase date, provided that the items are sent back in their original packaging, undamaged, and without any size or form changes. The customer should always record the video while UNBOXING the package and if the product arrives damaged we will cover ALL COSTS plus we will ship the order again.
Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service within the 15-day period from the date of product receipt. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product if the customer changes their mind after receiving the order regardless everything matches to the order placed. We will cover the shipping costs if the Size we sent is different from the order placed or damaged when received.
Refund: Upon receiving and evaluating the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the value of the product, excluding the ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS and the RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, within 15 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions: Certain products may be subject to specific return policies due to the nature of the item. These exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description. Customized products, promotional items, or clearance items may have additional return restrictions.
